Taihan launches new cable dedicated to solar power ​Taihan launched “SolarIN,” a solar-only power cable, in the new year to boost its competitiveness in the new and renewable energy sector. Designed to connect solar modules, connection systems, and power converters, SolarIN is a 1500V direct current (DC) cable, backed by an international standard certification from TUV Rheinland, a globally accredited certification body. Taihan is expected to speed up its efforts to gain a larger share of the solar cable market following the launch of SolarIN. The company plans to supply DC cables in addition to its existing portfolio of alternating current (AC) cables, creating synergy across the entire solar cable market. 

This cable is required for generating solar power, which continues to be a popular form of new and renewable energy. With the recent development of SolarIN, a direct current (DC) cable exclusively designed for solar power, Taihan now has a fully-fledged solar power product lineup. Further, Taihan not only supplies single products, but also designs and produces customized products to provide a variety of industrial solutions.
