Taihan Donates VND 2 Billion to Support Vietnam After Super Typhoon Yagi
On the 20th, Taihan donated VND 2 Billion to assist Vietnam, which was severely affected by Super Typhoon Yagi.
To formalize the donation, a signing ceremony was held on the 19th at the Embassy of Vietnam in Seoul, located in Jongro. The ceremony was attended by H.E. Vu Ho, Ambassador of Vietnam to Korea, and Song Jong-min, CEO of Taihan.
The VND 2 billion will be delivered to the northern region of Vietnam through Taihan VINA, Taihan’s manufacturing subsidiary in Vietnam, and will be used for disaster relief and recovery efforts. The northern region of Vietnam was heavily impacted by landslides and floods caused by Super Typhoon Yagi, which resulted in numerous casualties and significant damage to homes and farmland.
