Taihan employees put their heads together for quality innovation
Taihan held a contest for quality innovation at Dangin Plant in Chungcheongnam-do on the Oct. 28 th, 2022 to improve quality and spread the culture of innovation. It was an event to present excellent quality innovation cases and ideas, and is part of the ‘quality circle activities’ that have been conducted since February 2022.
Six teams working in the plant voluntarily formed about 30 small groups, and for about seven months until September 2022, they selected discussion topics, such as quality improvement, customer satisfaction improvement, and cost reduction, and applied them to the site.
Through this, about 70 problems were solved and quality improvement was achieved, and among them, 10 cases with the best effect were selected for the contest.
