Development of High-performance Cables
This project was for the localization of cables for durability testing of KT-X fighters ordered by Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) in 2020.
To achieve the highest level of precision in fighter durability testing, Taihan concentrated its know-how and R&D capabilities it has accumulated over a long period of time, and finally, succeeded in developing and mass-producing cables with the conductor deviation reduced from 5% to 2% or less compared to the existing products.
Taihan in the Name of Trust
This project has a significant value in that high-performance precision cables, which had been available only through imports, were able to be produced independently with Korean domestic technology. However, Taihan did not stop at developing one product, but continued research to expand its product lineup, and as a fruit of these efforts, succeeded in developing a total of 5 types of high-performance cables based on Korean domestic technology. Thanks to this achievement, Taihan has gained trust from customers as well as supplied cables for aviation test to KAI for two years including this project.
